Paul Tee’s Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all products and services provided by Paul Tee.
All work is carried out by Paul Tee on the understanding that the client has agreed to Paul Tee’s terms and conditions.
Copyright is retained by Paul Tee on all design work including ideas and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after all costs have been settled.
Liability
Paul Tee is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded immediately.
Acceptance of the good
All stock is quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the good should there be a fault.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. If an order ships outside of Australia, there may be duties and taxes added by the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check how their local customs office charges incoming packages.
Returns
You can return any product to us that arrives faulty however you must do so within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturers warranty
Returns must be in new condition unless faulty. We reserve the right to not accept any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customers expense.
Order cancellations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Paul Tee can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been already shipped, the customer may return the items when they receive them.
